Like any stereotypical Canadian, we’re obsessed with maple syrup. We tap our own trees and drink it from the bottle. In 2023, while boiling down sap in our sugar shack, we were inspired to create a refreshing maple cocktail that quickly became a hit with family and friends. Encouraged by their excitement, we saw a clear market opportunity and launched Maple Light one year later: Canada’s first hard maple seltzer.
